No account? Nothing to delete
Locknest works without an account, and in that mode your rules and settings live only on your phone. Uninstalling the app removes them. The only thing our server holds for a guest is an anonymous install ID, which is deleted automatically 18 months after the app was last opened.
From inside the app
- Open Locknest and go to Profile.
- Tap Account, then Delete account.
- Type DELETE and enter your password to confirm.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. It removes your account, your synced rules, every sign-in token, and — for a parent — each child account you manage together with its usage history.
Without the app
Email tulx.app@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my Locknest account". For a child account, include the child's username. We verify the request against the account's email and delete it within 30 days, and confirm by reply.
